BREAKING CHANGES!
Engineer with Product Sense
From design to deployment — shipping with confidence

BACKEND-STRONG, PRODUCT-FOCUSED, END-TO-END

Purpose-driven SWE who turns complexity into usable products.

Purpose-driven SWE who turns complexity into usable products.

He builds and ships full-stack products backed by production-grade CI/CD, monitoring, and pragmatic architecture. While strongest on the backend, he owns the entire journey — from concept to launch — designing systems, coding efficiently, and deploying confidently across self-hosted or cloud environments.

His method is straightforward and repeatable: Engage through discovery, Carve a focused slice, Prototype rapidly, Measure what matters, and Iterate relentlessly. The cycle prioritizes action over theatrics — ensuring each release is usable, maintainable, and supported by clear documentation that makes handoffs seamless.

METHODOLOGY
Challenge Based Learning Approach
Straightforward and repeatable engineering/product development process

ENGAGE > INVESTIGATE > ACT > ITERATE

Bias to action, pragmatic engineering over theatrics.

Bias to action, pragmatic engineering over theatrics.

The Challenge Based Learning approach was first encountered during his time in the Apple Developer Foundations program, where it proved to be both practical and adaptable. Over time, it evolved from a learning framework into a professional methodology — refined through hands-on projects and real-world problem solving.

Action over perfection — progress is the best teacher.

Built on action and clarity, this process begins by Engaging stakeholders to define the challenge, Investigating through research and rapid prototyping, Acting by delivering the smallest viable product, and Iterating based on real feedback and metrics. The approach ensures momentum and tangible outcomes, avoiding over-planning or unnecessary complexity.

This methodology scales across domains — from internal tools and customer apps to ML systems — maintaining a simple loop: understand, build, measure, and refine. Emphasizing documentation as part of development, it promotes sustainable velocity and predictability across teams. The result: consistent progress through deliberate iteration.

Clear process. Real impact. Repeat.
Clear processes lead to predictable outcomes.

STUDENT > PRACTITIONER > MENTOR

1% better every day, while sharing the journey.

1% better every day, while sharing the journey.

He began as a curious student, driven by experimentation and small projects that deepened his understanding of how technology creates real-world value. Every challenge became a learning opportunity, reinforcing his belief that progress comes from consistent growth and reflection.

1% better every day.

His pursuit of growth led him beyond the classroom to national initiatives such as KMMI, Kampus Merdeka (Bangkit Academy), and the Apple Developer Academy. These experiences, along with his time as a software practitioner at Indomaret Group, refined his technical skills and focus on designing systems that improve workflows and serve people at scale.

Now, as a mentor, he channels his experiences into helping others move faster — sharing lessons, documenting processes, and nurturing communities. For him, growth is not just personal achievement but a shared journey where knowledge multiplies its impact.

Growth is compounded when knowledge is shared.
Stay foolish, stay hungry.

Coordinating Under Pressure: Lessons from Dota 2

Every match is a mirror. Dota 2 taught me that teamwork isn’t about calling the shots — it’s about listening, adapting, and trusting others even when the map is chaos. Communication transforms confusion into rhythm.

The Energy Game: Grinding Without Burning Out

Progress means little if you lose your spark. Balancing intense focus with recovery isn’t weakness — it’s sustainability. Learning when to rest is as strategic as knowing when to push.

Creating Safe Spaces to Learn and Fail

The best teams aren’t the most talented — they’re the safest. A space where curiosity outweighs fear turns mistakes into material for mastery. Safety breeds innovation.
